The build - Feb 15

Below is this week's progress.  We also met with the landscaper yesterday and firmed up the plans for the garden.  Pretty excited to be having a fire-pit and a lovely deck out the back.  The kids will have a 'ball-wall' for sharing with the neighbourhood kids.  Can't wait.

See the ceiling?  When I had babies, I never imagined anything past the first 6 weeks of babydom.  Then, when I found myself with 7 week old twins, I got quite excited – I felt like I was actually a mother.  In someways, having a ceiling on the house was a time that I had not actually thought we would ever get to (we are into our 3rd year since buying the block).  But here we are with a ceiling and I feel like quite the new home owners!
